Hundreds of thousands of workers are off work every week because of a diagnosed mental illness or are in a place of struggle that makes work that day beyond challenging. And many more go to work while struggling. Psychological Health and Safety is the health and safety approach to move and improve work conditions beyond mental health promotion, awareness and supports alone.
